Lumosity's Blog : Picture Your Improvement With Their Brain Performance Index

If you have wondered about the effectiveness of brain training programs Lumosity's Blog article of January 9, 2012 has answered one of the main queries. Lumosity shows that you can picture your improvement with their Brain Performance Index chart.

The article states that their chart shows the average Brain Performance Index (BPI) for users as a function of Lumosity games played, up to 1,000 total games. The BPI measures your ability to handle the speed, memory, attention, problem solving and flexibility challenges of Lumosity. The Blog article states that on an average those users who played over 1,000 games saw their BPI's more than double. This is particularly important for people who want to monitor their BPI.

United States Alzheimer's Association News

The United States Alzheimer's Association Early Detection Alliance (AEDA) has reached out to help employees of the AEDA participants.

It is especially important because it is an online training program that helps participants know the 10 warning signs of Alzheimer's disease as well as explaining why Alzheimer's disease is not a normal part of aging.
