Rosemary Extract. This herb is considered safe and does not present any side effects unless you take large doses or take it with blood thinning medications, since it causes an interaction between the two.

Schisandra. This feel-good herb improves memory and as such rarely causes side effects. Those that are extremely sensitive may experience a bit of stomach upset when initially using.
